While disagreements and conflicts are a natural part of life, it is important for us to be able to respectfully assert oneself, compromise, and successfully resolve conflicts peacefully.
When possible, it is helpful to recognize when a problem might arise and figure out what to say or do to avoid that problem.
However, sometimes a fight or conflict has already occurred and you need to figure out how to resolve it as quickly and peacefully as possible. This is when conflict resolution skills should be practiced.
